Session Description

Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese practice that dates back thousands of years, combines gentle movements, controlled breathing techniques, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body's vital life energy, known as Qi (気).

When you are able to cultivate, control and consciously use Qi, you can heal ailments, reduce stress and bring your body/mind back to a place of balance.

Through consistent practice, you will be able to experience a wide range of physical, mental and healing benefits that support your overall wellbeing.

What to Expect

Stephanie will teach you the basics of Qi Gong and will guide you through a full Qi Gong practice.
