New to kundalini yoga? Bare Kunalini is a simple, accessible kundalini yoga practice. Bare Kundalini sessions are beginner friendly and a great way to explore the practice.

Suggested Space & Materials

  • Comfortable clothing to move freely

  • A yoga mat, rug, or carpet - to protect your joints as you sit and lie down

  • A pillow, bolster, or cushion (optional)
