Bare Kundalini is an opportunity to practice kundalini yoga in a pure form.

No lectures, no sermons, no judgement. Just kundalini yoga sets in a neutral and safe environment.

New to kundalini yoga? Kundalini is a yoga practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, mudras (hand gestures), meditation, and mantra to activate and regulate all layers of your body — ie. the physical body, energetic body, etc. If you’re curious, come try it out! 

 

What to Expect

  • 30-45 minutes of kundalini yoga exercises followed by gentle savasana

Suggested Space

  • A seated place on the ground with space to lay and move freely

Suggested Materials

  • Yoga mat, sheep skin or other mat to lay on

  • Comfortable clothing to move freely
