Hypnotherapy for Stress Relief

Hypnotherapy sessions are designed to help you address a specific issue using the power of the subconscious mind. Through guided relaxation and suggestion, we will work together to reprogram the parts of the mind that are keeping you from reaching your goals in order to make positive changes that can improve your overall health and well-being.

Hypnotherapy can be used to help someone manage stress and anxiety, stop smoking, lose weight, sleep better, get more focused, manage pain, improve mood and self esteem... and so much more!

Group hypnotherapy is a collaboration between the hypnotist and the practitioners. Courageous vulnerability is encouraged in these sessions in bringing forward whatever it is you want to change in your life, so that we may make the most of our time and tailor the session to fit your individual needs! 

Please note that while group hypnotherapy sessions can often be effective in creating change, they sometimes just scratch the surface, so for anyone seeking deeper work, Tara recommends private sessions to be able to tackle whatever the presenting issue is. 

 

What to Expect

  • Starting with an overview of hypnotherapy and why it works

  • Tara will take real-time requests of current stressors from 1 or 2 participants

  • Tara will then guide the through through a customized hypnotherapy session (20-30 min) based on the group’s needs

  • End the session with gentle integration and sharing (optional)

Suggested Space

  • A place to lay fully or recline so that your head can be completely relaxed with eyes closed
